The ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Mentoring, Implementation, and Documentation Service at the Medan City Population and Civil Registration Office aims to develop and implement a structured Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with international standards. This activity includes identifying and controlling information security risks, developing policies and procedures, increasing personnel awareness, and preparing for certification audits. This mentoring is expected to strengthen population data protection, maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, and support safe, reliable, and trustworthy public services.
